WHAT IS YOUR ROLE ABOUT?
- Assist director to plan, execute and monitor internal and external business and NGO program (Background: Director is active leader in Business and Non-Government Organizations)
- Secretarial and administrative support to the Director
- Duties include:
- Coordinate Group Director's schedule and travel arrangement
- Manage documentation and correspondence systematically
- Communicate cordially and professionally with all levels of staff and external business associates
- Undertake any other special and ad-hoc assignment from time to time
- Assist in the HR department (wages calculation, talent acquisition process)
- Assist in organising company events (includes marketing event)
DO YOU HAVE THIS QUALIFICATIONS?
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, preferably Bachelor's Degree
- At least 1 year (s) of working experience in related field is required for this position, especially in providing executive support and assistance to senior level management
- Proficiency in spoken and written languages: English, Mandarin (ideally) and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Internet applications
- As the position is multi-task oriented, good judgements in establishing priorities, responding to inquiries and coordinating workflow is expected
- Capacity to work independently with minimal direction and collaboratively in a team environment
- Trainings will be provided
