- Handles day-to-day administrative matters in highly professional and organized manner.
- Plan and schedule meetings and ensuring agenda and minutes are correctly prepared.
- Deliver confidential and high quality administrative and support services to the top management.
- Coordinate and make travel arrangements/itinerary, hotel bookings etc.
- Assist to schedule business appointments with clients, itinerary, minutes of meeting and general correspondence.
- To facilitate effective communication with all the head of departments to achieve efficiency operations.
- Handle all incoming calls and visitors to Director's office.
- General administration and ad hoc assignments.
- At least with Diploma in Private Secretarial or Executive Secretarial Studies.
- Minimum of 5 years' related working experience.
- A mature person with a sense of responsibility, commitment and motivation.
- Attention to details and excellent and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
