- Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
- Managing databases and filing systems.
- Reminding the Superior/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
- Organising the Superior’s personal commitments including travel or childcare.
- Coordinating on daily administrative task & office facilities maintenance.
- Any ad hoc task assigned by the Superior.
- Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Organisational skills and the ability to multitask
