Job Description

We are looking for a PA Cum Business Support Executive to join our team to perform secretarial and business support duties to the Director and responsible for office and human resource administration for the division.
To be eligible for this role, you will require:
- Bachelor's Degree in any Business studies
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in the related field is required; preferably someone specializing in Clerical/Administrative/Business Support will be an added advantage
Your responsibilities will be to:
- To support Director on policy update, CSR initiatives, materials on catalogue, company profile, attending client's/suppliers/subcon requirements and corporate video.
- To assist in preparation of presentation materials, periodic update on government projects and internal process SOP.
- Feedback to Marketing if there is any unfulfilled orders / requirements to facilitate on-time feedback to customers for alternative or changes.
- Attending to customers’ enquiries and deliveries instruction as well as updating changes and information to customers.
- To assist in preparation of monthly report and business related reports.
- Attend to all private secretarial duties of a Secretary and ensure confidentiality of information and documents.
- To assist in sourcing and coordination of office equipment, stationery and sundry supplies and prepare Purchase Orders or any other documents or forms for approved purchases.
- To assist human resource administration matters like recruitment, leave application and records and monitor movement of sales personnel in and out the office.
- Any ad hoc related matters.
Other requirements:
- Must have good communication skills & able to work independently
- Able to work under pressure and dateline oriented person
- Must have interesting characteristics (Please include your passport sized photo in the CV)
Note:
- Based in Johor
- Permanent position available
- Mon to Sat (8 am - 5pm)
- Basic + Overtime + EPF + SOC + EIS + Medical
