Job Description
• YEARLY PERFORMANCE & SALARY REVIEW
• 5 WORK DAYS A WEEK

• TRAINING PROVIDED
• To provide administration support to the manager.
• To manage documents, records and maintain good and organized filing for data retrieving.
• Review and proofread documents prepared for signature.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management & staff.
• To provide support for the daily schedule including forward planning of workload, coordinating and collating all relevant paperwork etc.
• To note down the discussion points and follow up the necessary action, if any.
• Undertake assignments, ad-hoc tasks and related duties as assigned by manager.
• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
