Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Managing smooth operation and maintaining quality control of all branches.

2. Ensure total service satisfaction and excellent client relationships.

3. Work with marketing department to ensure strong promotional activities and marketing campaigns.

4. Event, training co-ordination and management.

5. Liaise with supplier and marketing team for launching of new products.

6. Monitor clients’ feedback and ensure all concerns are promptly notified and complaints are duly addressed and communicated.

7. Ensure customer loyalty by sharing latest treatment and product updates, conducting reviews on usage of our range of products.

8. Maintain continuous professional development for staff.

9. Conduct internal control and audit.

10. Ad hoc task.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or in a field which is quite relevant to the job role.

2. At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

3. Ambitious, team working spirit, fast learner, great observer, self-determination, strait to the point, positive working attitude, friendly.

4. Able to multi task and work independently and self-motivated.

5. Experience in beauty and clinical service is an added advantage.

6. Applicants must willing to work in Kulai.

7. Possess personal transport and willing to travel across Malaysia and Singapore.

8. Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.
