2. Prepare presentation materials and take minutes of meeting for Ops meeting, PIC meeting and Chef meeting.3. Prepare training contents and materials for SOP Training for outlet management staff, take attendance and consolidate training feedback.4. Back up as Internal SOP Auditor when necessary.5. Ad hoc task which includes compile, consolidate and dissemination of information on behalf of Operations Manager, transfer of stocks, dispatch of important/sensitive documents and small purchases.6. Assist in new outlet openings. Requirement:
- 6 days per week, random off days & 9 hours’ flexible shift.
- Salary Range between RM2500-RM3000 per month.
- Any discipline in Hospitality or Food and Beverage. Not compulsory but will be an added bonus.
- At least 2 years in Food and Beverage, Hospitality or Airline Service industry.
- Own transport and willing to commute between all outlets.
- Toll, parking & petrol claimable
- Hostel for candidate outside of Johor state.
- Epf, Socso, Annual Bonus and yearly increment (subjected to work performance)
- Internal and external proficiency trainings.
