OPERATION EXECUTIVE

Job Requirements

·        Candidate must possess Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.

·        Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (Bonus)

·        At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in cleaning services is required for this position. Candidate with landscape experience is an advantage.

·        Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office

·        Possess on transportation.

·        Willing to travel and work overtime.

·        Good leadership skills.

·        Well-disciplined and able to discipline downline.

·        Good in balancing emotions.

·        Good in customer service skills.

·        Good in planning, organizing, leading and controlling multiple teams across different area.

·        Good in supervising team with 360 eyes overview.

·        Flexible on working hours and timing.

·        Able to on-call to manage people during holidays (including public holidays)

·        Must be good in English as you will be dealing with various clients (Mandarin speaker would be bonus)

·        Good teamwork player

·        Able to handle pressure and leading team with positivity.

Job Responsibilities

·        Coordinating and managing cross project team members to ensure that all parties on track with attendance, requirements, deadlines and schedules

·        Conducting client engagement session to ensure their satisfaction on work parameters and to resolve issues and complaints

·        Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that the downlines adhere to quality standards

·        Administering cost for each project to ensure cost efficiency on project deliveries

·        Establish and enforce proper operation methods, policies and principles

·        Undertake any ad-hoc operation tasks with flexibility.
