Job Description
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any relevant field
- Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in multi-store management, preferable in FMCG retail environment
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations in all stores
- Establish and accountable for standard operating procedures for stores
- Build and lead operations team to ensure productivity and staff retention
- Willing to travel and visit all pick-up points/stores
- Strong sense of responsibilities and ability to organize and execute plan/tasks given by management
- Able to speak and write well in Bahasa and English
