- Implementation of the regulatory administrative management system, responsible for local execution, tracking and feedback of the local office.
- Responsible for the event planning, procurement, distribution and settlement of local employee benefits in the local office according to the organization employee welfare standards.
- Responsible for the comprehensive work of office environment sanitation management (including dormitory), environment friendly management, infrastructure construction management, decoration management, etc. of the local office.
- Responsible for the asset management (including office supplies) and warehouse management of the local office.
- Responsible for the Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) and fire management of the local office, including guard duty, company security, fire safety and safety of major company activities, to ensure the safety of company personnel and property.
- Responsible for the prevention and handling of emergencies and various natural disasters in the local office, assisting the company in handling various emergencies.
- Responsible for the statistics and analysis of budgetary of the local office administration, and regularly report to the headquarters.
- Bachelor degree or above, with more than two year of relevant working experience in the administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin language – fast typing skills.
- Strong communication, organizational and coordination skills, executive response ability; strong team spirit and willing to take up challenges.
- Ability to prioritize, multi task and handle emergency issues effectively in a fast paced environment.
