Job Description
- To support existing IT infrastructure including server, network and database administration.
- To provide technical support and troubleshooting of hardware, software and network problems to the end-users.
- To be responsible for all technical aspects of the computer system.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of IT updates and services.
- Candidate must possess a Degree or Diploma in Computer Science/ Information Technology (Computer/Network) or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proven ability to perform hands-on installation and troubleshooting of IT hardware & software with knowledge of PC/workstation.
- Highly advanced analytical abilities with operational vision.
- Possess excellent project co-ordination, highly self-motivated and troubleshooting skill.
- Good communication skills and able to describe proper solutions to users.
- Must have high commitment and responsibility towards the job.
- Based on Johor Bahru.
