Job Description
Job Objective
- To support companies in the implementation of ERP by analyzing its requirement, coordinating the various stages of the project and training users.
- Perform installations, maintenance and repair work on any computer related equipment that supports the business
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily operation of server and Database.
- Responsible for network hardware and software, contract and licenses purchase and renewal.
- Responsible for monitoring Backup Data.
- Perform system analysis, system testing and improvement enhancement.
- In charge of Infrastructure troubleshooting and support.
- Networking support, Implementing and administering as well as design IT Network Infrastructure.
- Create, update and maintaining IT Documentation.
- Update, maintain and perform Computer Inventory periodically.
- Handling 5S for working area and Server Room
- Handling CCTV, Email System, Keyphone System, network Infrastructure, Firewall, Antivirus Server and Backup system
- Ensure software and hardware license compliance.
- Working Days : Monday - Friday
- Working Hours : 8.00 am - 6.00 pm
Knowledge
- Minimum 2 years working experience in similar capacity.
- University degree is required along with relevant experience.
- MCSE/CCNA/CCNP/CCIE Preferred.
- A good proven track record in academic achievement and fluency in English is essential.
- Excellent communication, documentation and negotiation skills are critical.
- Experience on VMware and backup application (Veeam or Zerto)
