Job Description
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Others or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent.
- Must have good hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Microsoft Office 2017 to 2013.
- Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, Windows XP.
- Windows Server 2003,2008,2012 and 2019.
- Experience with relational database (SQL Server).
Responsibilities:
- Strong experienced in ERP database and support
- Experience in SQL Scripting and databases
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, system, networks, printers, CCTV and Pabx.
- Setup domain account for users and ensure they know how to log in.
- Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or hardware.
- Repair and replace computer equipment and parts.
- Respond in a timely manner to service requests.
- Maintain procedures and reports that provide technical support to the entire organization.
- Maintain records of software licenses and IT assets list
- Support the implementation of new solutions or applications.
- Participate in business related meetings to provide insight into technical requirements.
