Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Customers’ development and monitoring.
- Sales strategy planning and execution.
- To oversee domestic and international sales support activities.
- Maintain and improve sales turnover from existing and new customers.
- Pro-actively seek feedback to facilitate improvements in sales, service, operations efficiency and customers’ satisfaction.
- Any other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by direct superior.
Requirements:
- Degree level in Marketing/Business Administration.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, knowledge in Polymer market. Fresh graduates with right attitude will be considered.
- Possesses good interpersonal and communication skill, a team player and able to act with acute sense of urgency.
- Excellent strategizing and persuasive skills with high degree of integrity.
- Must be proficient in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin or Japanese would have an added advantage.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel extensively.
