Job Description
Job Responsibilities :
- Plan and overseas advertising/communication campaigns both offline and online marketing activities, including lead nurturing, marketing automation, email, SEO/SEM, display online advertising, social media and web.
- Proven experience managing successful social media campaigns, and a solid understanding of social marketing are added advantage.
- Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance.
- Suggesting recommendations to adjust the marketing strategy for optimal results.
- Conduct deep customer analytics across platforms to better understand target business segment behaviors and customer preferences. Recommend action based on analytical findings to drive a deeper customer relationship.
- Keep abreast of new and emerging digital marketing technologies and explore possibilities of utilizing if for Boost to improve acquisition, conversion and revenue.
- Travel to meet clients and attend conferences both offline and online, tradeshows, industry events, seminars and webinars etc.
- Translate Japanese to English or vice versa for job related materials and meeting or discussion contents.
- Adheres to and implements company policies and procedures.
- Additional task that maybe requested by direct superior.
Job Requirements :
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Digital technologies or relevant field.
- Required foreign language such as Japanese language and/or Korean language.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
- Experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
- Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels and web design.
- Good writing, presentation and communication skills.
- Initiative, creative, analytical and results-oriented.
