Management Trainee Program?
- You will go thru a set program for a year and more where you will be assigned to different areas of our operations and functional departments (Operation, Sales, Finance, Logistics, etc, you name it!)
- You will be expose to our company diverse operation and gain training opportunities from the relevant personnel within the organization in all our business line.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mining/Mineral), Business Administration, Markerting or equivalent.
- Motivated, fast learner, confident and able to work with people of all levels
- Team player with good analytical skills
- Willing to travel within Semananjung Malaysia Operations when required
- Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia in both written and spoken
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
