Job Description
- To be responsible for mall day to day operation, facility and cleanliness management, security and maintenance activities;
- To implement and monitor hazard control and mall safety practices in line with legal compliance;
- To search for contracted services such as cleaning service, security and etc. and monitor performance of the contracted parties;
- To maintain good rapport with tenants and business associates for easier coordination;
- To handle any disputes / conflict happen in mall and manage any visitors /contractor's entry;
- To cooperate with leasing or Advertising & Promotion section for any mall activities related matters;
- To be responsible for fit out coordination and renovation inspection for pre-opening shop lots;
- To undertake ad-hoc duties related to mall operation.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in any fields;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in related field;
- Possess experience in commercial industry / reputed mall will be an added advantage;
- Aggressive, proactive, multitasking and able to work independently;
- Strong coordination skills, problem solving and communication skills;
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
