Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all retail outlets' repairs and maintenance requisitions (ad-hoc / monthly) are completed on schedule and with good workmanship
- Respond to emergencies, break-downs, and other equipment / machinery problems (e.g. air cond, steam generator) to minimise disruptions to outlet operations
- Perform routine maintenance and maintain service records
- Ensure that existing branches are maintained in tip top condition
Requirements:
- Candidate with certificate in Engineering (Electrical & Electronic) / Building Maintenance service experience may apply. (With plumbing, electrical knowledge or building maintenance will be an added advantage)
- Fresh graduate in certificate in engineering course are encourage to apply
- WIlling to do occasional nightwork & travel outstation
- Able to speak & read in Mandarin due to business nature
- Good technical knowledge in Architectural Finishes & works method and good knowledge is M&E works preferred
- Able to work under stress and tight deadlines, willing to do hands on maintenance and take up new challenges
- 1 Full-Time position available
