Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Provide guidance to supervisors in relation to M&E works, ensure progress is following schedule, quality standard is maintained, site inspections are carried out and technical issues are resolved on time.
2) Execute good project management practice in line with Company policies on safety, quality, cost effectiveness and timely from project initiation till a satisfactory project completion.
3) Attend meeting, liaise with consultant and Authorities, concerning project technical and coordination issues.
4) Prepare documents related to project management activities.
5) Prepare, monitor, coordinate and report activities, i.e. logistic, manpower arrangement, installation and T&C etc.
6) Coordinate and support the Drafting Department.
7) Carry out any other additional assignment/duties as directed by the Management from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
1) Degree in Electrical Engineering or related disciplines.
2) Minimum 1 years related working experience in construction field.
3) Language required: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu.
AUTHORITY
1) Recommend corrective action on work progress and verify progress claims.
2) Issue site memo and NCRs.
