Job Description
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Business Administration / Logistic or equivalent.
- Ability to Communicate orally and written in a professional manner in English and Bahasa Malaysia and speak Mandarin to our Mandarin speaking customer.
- Minimum 1 years of working experience in the related field is required.
- Computer Literate and able to work with minimum supervision to meet tight deadlines
- A positive attitude with the ability to work independently.
- Possess own transportation.
- Work location at Gelang Patah - SiLC Industrial Area, JB
- Able to start work immediately or short notice.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily Import/ Export documentation.
- Ensure compliance to all Import and Export regulations.
- Liaison between freight forwards / logistics providers and the factory for all freight related matters.
- Development and maintenance critical customs and licensing activities to facilitate the shipment in and out of the factory.
- Liaising with custom and relevant government authorities ( i.e. MIDA,MITI,LMW etc)
- Ensure company is following guideline as per custom manual / handbook.
- To ensure all deliveries on time schedule.
- Ensuring all shipping and receiving documents is completed accurately and in a timely fashion.
- Monitoring shipment / cargo movement.
- Follow up action for ETA of shipping
- Prepare and update reports.
• Perform any other general administration duties from time to time
