Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To coordinate and to monitor day to day delivery schedule and other logistics related tracking and cost controlling.
- The candidate is responsible for the day to day customer service role dealing with customers and vendors.
- The candidate is also required to perform administrative and documentation functions.
- Continuously improve on the existing business process and work closely with the immediate superior to ensure long term success of the Company.
- Maintain a highly responsive work and supportive work relationship with internal & external parties in daily operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, shipping.
- Required language: Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Good coordination, communication and follow-up skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
