Job Description
- Full accountability in planning & coordination activities related to warehouse deliveries, shipping, import/export & logistic activities.
- Manage, evaluate and measure Logistics, Warehouse and Inventory Processes and full accountability in planning and coordination of activities related to Logistics, Warehouse and Inventory operations.
- Manage and develop Logistics, Warehouse and Inventory staff to meet performance expectations
- Perform metrics reporting and data analysis to identify issues and opportunities for process improvement.
- Accountable for the quality, quantity, customer (internal/external) satisfaction, On Time Delivery and financial commitments are met
- Accountable for managing all departmental operations adhere to company guidelines, meet LMW and ISO requirements
- Accountable for managing and developing procedures for all inventory tracking and control processes.
- Accountable for managing and developing procedures for all receiving, warehousing and distribution operations by coordinating and control procedures
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Logistic/Supply Chain Management/Warehouse Management or equivalent.
- At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in logistic, warehouse and inventory control in a manufacturing environment
- Preferably Manager specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
- Those certified in Warehousing or Supply Chain Management will be added advantage
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Able to mentor a team and develop their career within the organization
- Strong leadership, decision making, good sense of urgency and accountable
