Job Description
WFH full time contract Job with full time benefits such as EPF. SOSCO
only Mandarin and English speakers that are able to read and understand both languages well will be contacted
You will be in calls where US customers call in for customer service in multiple industries
This is a night shift job, 5 nights a week. 2 nights break on weekday nights. Shifts start any time between 8pm to 1am, and ends 9 hours later (inclusive of one hour break) - according to team schedule.You will work through weekends and Public Holidays.
United States customers call in for customer service. Customer service is unable to communicate in English - only can speak 华语.
Your job is to be the 3RD person in the call - you will need to listen to a US customer speak in English, interpret in 华语 so that the 华语 speaking customer service can understand. And the other way too. Until they end their conversation.
