Job Description
- To provide legal advice and administrative supports to the team and management from time to time;
- To draft and check all the corporate documents/ contracts / correspondences submitted by internal department are in line with company policy;
- To ensure all the company policy or activity are comply with relevant standards, law and regulations;
- To liaise and coordinate with external parties such as company secretaries, external solicitors and etc. for any legal related matters;
- To assist the team for contracts translation, if any;
- To undertake ad hoc duties assigned by the management from time to time.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent;
- High efficiency, proactive, result-oriented;
- Meticulous and able to handle multitask in systematic manner;
- Able to work under pressure and independently.
