Job Description
Job Responsibilities: -
- To draft and prepare all documentations, correspondences and agreements as and when deem necessary.
- To review/update all corporate agreements related to the Group.
- To provide legal advice to the matters which arise within the Group.
- Assist to prepare reports, notes, and presentation slides as required (if any).
- Assist to attend to Purchaser/Tenant’s queries and concerns which arise within the Group’s business.
- Liaise with external lawyer and governmental authorities on all legal matters.
- Assist to manage litigation matters, industrial relation matters and Tribunal cases.
- Assist in managing the legal risk within the Group.
Job Requirements: -
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Law or equivalent;
- At least 1 year of working experience, preferably been called to the Malaysian Bar;
- Knowledge of the construction, contract and commercial law will be an added advantage;
- Able to work within tight deadlines.
