Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To source new tenants from various industry to meet leasing targets;
- To suggest strategic location for potential tenants based on their requirements;
- To prepare and ensure all tenancy agreement, management report and leasing documentation are in good order;
- To liaise with internal department on matter pertaining to rental and deposit collection;
- To maintain good relationship with tenants and monitor sales performance of tenants;
- To conduct market research in keeping up with market trends;
- To discuss and negotiate the terms and condition with potential tenants or retailers.
Requirements:
- Possess minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any field;
- Minimum 2 years of related working experience in famous retail malls;
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
- Result-oriented, able to work under tight timelines;
- Familiar with leasing procedure and terms and conditions;
- Preferably candidate who can start work immediately.
