Job Description

As Learning Manager, you will be a role model for our Team Members.

From day one, you will be involved in their journey preparing and monitoring individual development plans, organizing training activities, and supporting them through learning and development opportunities.

You will also support the Property Leadership Team with advice on how best to improve team member’s skills and capabilities in order to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U in any field.
• Required language(s): English
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
