Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities to optimize existing and develop new F&B product.
- Conduct and/or coordinate studies and product demonstration.
- Developing and testing new food/ enzyme drink products, and looking for new food/drinks’ sources
- Making sure quality and flavour remain consistent
- Researching ways to improve testing, preservation, packaging, and manufacturing methods.
- Making sure of food safety through hazard analysis and critical control point (HACCP) programs, taking corrective action when necessary
- Laboratory analytical tasks which include sampling, testing, measuring, recording and analyzing results for food/enzyme drinks.
- Ability to communicate effectively with director in terms of progress.
- Self-manage to meet deadlines as agreed with director.
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Nutrition or Food Science
- Minimum 1 years of relevant experiences in laboratory work.
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Team player with good interpersonal, communications and writing skills.
- Critical thinking.
- Analytical and adaptive to continuous changes.
- Able to function independently.
