Job Description
Overview:
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you are responsible for managing the sales operations by outlet within assigned Modern Trade Customers, creating and maintaining access for consumers in partnership with the Modern Trade.
You are Excited on...
- Achieving sales targets and account objectives (budgets, ranging & distribution, shelf management, promotional activity & trade partnerships)
- Achieving Key Account goals by outlet as per the Account plans
- Comparative analysis by outlet of sales results to actual and budget and previous year
- Developing and achieving agreed operations objectives by Key Account by outlet
- Meeting administrative guideline and time frames as required
- Managing returns and collections
- Maintaining Forecast Accuracy
You are Confident on...
- Having minimum Diploma or College Certificate in Business, Marketing or equivalent;
- Having at least 2 to 3 years working experience from Modern Trade management in a dynamic FMCG industry;
- Possessing IT skill - MS Office, Excel and Power point;
- Good communication skill in English both oral & written;
- Being customer oriented - willing to provide good service and commit to internal & external customer;
- Being a goal getter, result oriented, mature, tactful and committed with high degree of drive and integrity;
- Being assertive, able to work under pressure & positive outlook.
