Job Description
- Troubleshooting and technical support in PC Software and Hardware
- Day to day System Administration, Maintenance and Backup
- Responsible for all Hardware, Network and Technical Documentations
- Provide PC software training and documentation
- System Installation, Upgrade, Security, Disaster Recovery and Contingency Planning
Requirement
- Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or related field
- Prefer with experience in IT System Support
- Able to work independently
- A team player who is self motivated
- Good communication skills is a prerequisite
- Analytical and meticulous for details
