Responsibilities:
The Project Officer will be responsible in managing and driving IT financial applications throughout the SDLC from the inception phase until the delivery phase within the project scope, budget and quality.
The Project Officer will be responsible in managing and driving IT financial applications throughout the SDLC from the inception phase until the delivery phase within the project scope, budget and quality.
In addition, you will act as a single point of contact among various units, such as Business Analysis, Development team, QA, IT Operations and various stakeholders across global offices regarding IT projects.
You will also be responsible for managing project progress, project schedule, human resources and providing response in a timely manner.
You will be involved in project meeting, recruitment process and document preparation.
Requirements:
Recognised Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related discipline in IT / Project Management.
Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and IT infrastructure.
Good knowledge of server / desktop / web / mobile appplication programming.
Good written and verbal communication skills to communicate with business users and technical staff.
Ability to work independently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Ability to adapt, embrace strong cultural diversity, work in multi-ethic teams and remote team.
Highly motivated, quality driven and results oriented with excellent leadership capabilities.

PMP/Prince 2/CITM certification will be an added advantage.
Experience in Financial Industry will be an added advantage.
