Job Description:

1) Provide IT support for company web systems, data and communications, hardware infrastructure and other IT related matters;

2) Perform installation, configuration, upgrades, troubleshooting on various Windows Operating System; & to carry out scheduled systems and hardware maintenance tasks;

3) Provide training on basic computer knowledge to users

4) To maintain and enforce IT Security Standards and policy of the Company

5) To assist in maintain and administered computer networks and related computing environments including servers, computer hardware, system software, application software and all configurations;

6) To perform data backups and recovery, migration to new hardware and software;

Participate in various project management in particular in IT related areas

7) To liaise with vendor on IT related issues;

8) Undertake IT related ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by superior when required.

Job Requirements:

1) Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Degree in Computer Science / IT related discipline;

2) Familiar with PC, able to troubleshoot IT related problems and carry out maintenance tasks;

3) Experience in Microsoft Windows Server and Windows Operating System environment, Active Directory Administration and Exchange will be an added advantages

4) Able to manage multiple tasks;

5) Pleasant personality and good interpersonal and communication skill

6) At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

7) Applicants must be willing to work in Kulai.

8) Knowledge of Programming skills /C++/SQL/HTML will be an advantage.

9) Familiar with ERP related system will be an added advantages.
