• Minor development and support on Apps developed on Zoho Creator (no/low code platform)
• Manage IT Assets
• Raise and Track IT Orders
• Service Desk Ticketing and monitoring
• Tracking of IT orders for new employees
• Perform Testing of Application
• Manage IT termination process for employees
• Manage IT Assets

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Information Technology or higher
• Preferably at least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
• Preferably at least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Experience learning and working with new systems, and ability to train users remotely via Teams
• Strong communication skills including a professional and courteous telephone manner
• High level organisational and administration skills
• A multi-tasker with the ability to wear many hats in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintaining Apps on No/Low code platform Zoho
• Knowledge in managing IT assets
