Job Description
- Survey functions & activities in assigned areas to understand the nature of operations and determine the adequacy of the system of internal control to established objectives.
- Prepare comprehensive, practical audit program for audit coverage on the fuction & activities assigned by the superior.
- Obtain, analyze and appraise evidentiary information and date to form an independent opinion on the adequacy and effectiveness of the internal control system for the assigned activities under review.
- Identifies factors causing deficient conditions and recommends courses of action with adequacy to improve the conditions.
- Make verbal or written presentations to superior during and at the conclusion of the audit, discussing deficiences and recommending corrective action to improve operations effeciency in cost effective way.
- Prepare formal written reports, expressing opinions on the adequacy and effectiveness.
- Accumulates data, maintaining records and prepare reports on the administration of audit projects and other assigned activities.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in solid year of Internal Audit experience in a similar position.
- Audit experience in manufacturing industry is preferred.
