- To promote and sell simple insurance products, aided by leads from other bank staff and customer database
- To generate own leads from walk-in customers, bank events, and personal contacts
- To identify new sales strategies and approaches to achieve sales target
- Actively participate in the bank’s sales and promotion activities
- To deliver best sales practice and provide excellent customer service
- Disciplined tracking of all sales activities
- Posses recognized Degree or Diploma in any field
- Able to converse fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English, or other local languages is an added advantage
- Highly motivated, success driven and able to work independently
- Strong selling and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Possess PCE is an added advantage
- Able to travel
- State-of-the art iPad sales tool
- Leads support from bank staff and customer database
- Comprehensive initial training, refreshers, and a coach to assist in staff development
- Multiple career advancement paths to management level positions
