Job Description
Main Responsibilities
- Managing counseling and grievance handling, maintaining disciplinary procedure including Domestic Inquiry, Labour Cases & IR Cases.
- Attend to Domestic Inquiries, representing our company for cases involving IR office and Industrial court.
- Provide guidance to management on Industrial Relations policies and procedures; and interprets the employment act and other HR practices to ensure compliance with legal requirement.
- Produce and submit report on IR cases in monthly basis.
- Ensure that company comply with Malaysia labor regulation.
- Provide advice to management on resolving employee/industrial relations matters.
- Managing the foreign workers related matters.
- Recruits, research, interview, screens, and refer job candidates for job openings for Non- Executives positions.
- Assist in the process of recruitment for Executives positions.
- Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals for non-executive level.
- To ensure proper off-boarding process is completed for Non-Executives level.
- Additional ad-hoc tasks given by Senior HR Executive and also HR manager.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years experience in being a generalist especially on IR and Recruitment (Blue Collars)
- IT Savvy (Excellent Presentation skills, Reporting)
- Enthusiastic and Passionate
- Efficient
- Willing to be based at Pasir Gudang
