Planning and Organization
i. Maintain and update all departments Job Description and S.O.P (Standard Operating Procedures).
ii. Involved in Manpower Planning for the company
iii. Yearly review on employee performance and goal setting
iv. Counseling on employee performance related issues
i. Prepare the monthly payroll checklist for breakdowns of overtime, claims, casual labor within dateline required.
ii. Checking of payroll reports to ensure no over/under payment with group personnel.
iii. Preparation of budget in accordance to business plans for payroll administrators.
iv. Liaison with Governmental bodies (LHDN, EPF, SOSCO & etc) on payroll related issues.
Industrial Relation & Employee Relations
i. Issues warning letters, termination letters to related employee for disciplinary matters.
ii. Prepare show cause letter.
iii. Conduct domestic Inquiry and counseling
iv. Prepare administration tasks such as Memo, letters and others related document
v. Liaise with Labor Department
vi. To handle employee conflicts and team’s issues
i. Prepare effective job advertisement and descriptions to attract, source, develop and manage candidate relationships.
ii. Advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in recruitment portal.
iii. Responsible for end to end recruitment process, from sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting to closing of vacancies for each assignment allocated within the agreed timeline.
iv. Utilize effective interviewing skill to analyze applicants' qualification in relation to job requirements and determine a suitable match.
v. Headhunting & identifying and approaching specifically suitable candidates for the particular positions.
vi. Set up interview appointment with candidates & organizing 1st round interview.
i. Administering the organization’s benefits programs (e.g., leave policies, insurance policies, Incentive payment, etc.)
ii. Liaise with insurance company for staff medical (e.g., Operation, accident etc)
iii. Liaise with panel clinics for medical claims
iv. Arrangement for company annual dinner
Training and Development
i. Developing the yearly Training Needs Analysis; prepare yearly Training Calendar.
ii. Maintaining all training records and staff competencies; Monthly Training Report; Monitoring on Job Training Report.
iii. Liaison with the HRDF for Application of training grant / claim.
iv. Ensuring compliance to produce & process in training.
v. Coordinate the induction training for new employees.
vi. Coordinate In-house / External Training.
vii. Know how to Prepare & maintain the training plan & budget.
viii. Managing the delivery of training and development programs.
ix. Evaluating training and development programs.
