Job Description

Responsibilities:

•     Oversees and manages the full spectrum of HR, Administration & Training functions.

•     Develops and implements HR policies and procedures, manpower planning, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, employee welfare administration and payroll.

•     To be in charge of timely processing of payroll and ensure payroll transactions are performed accurately.

•     To conduct counselling and manage disciplinary matters and work closely with Industrial Relations Manager with regards to all matters concerning staff disciplinary, domestic inquiry and misconduct investigation.

•     To ensure all permits and licenses are up-to-date, valid and renewed accordingly.

•     Responsible for hostel management process compliance to the local law and rules & regulations.

•     Handle all matters related to disciplinary actions, grievances, counselling, staff misconducts, and provide advisory on disciplinary matters.

•     Manage the day-to-day administration operations.

•     Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

•     Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.

•     At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

•     Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent and higher.

•     Possess the right sense of urgency and initiative in accomplishing assign task.

•     Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.

•     Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
