Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Carry out day-to-day administration activities & function. As an advisor on specific areas of Employment Law, IMI, JTK, KDN, Embassy and assist to negotiate during employee disputes and to ensure the wider workforce is aware of company policies and procedures; Implement and maintain related policy and operation procedures; Strengthen the relations between employer and Government Body.
- Identify & Sources appropriate talent for current and future open roles within the organization
- Explore international markets, especially form neighbor countries to attract candidate in recruitment
- Develop relationships with recruitment agencies, manage procurement and measurement process
- Prepare recruitment reports to keep tab on costs involve, timeline for recruitment and etc
- Handling foreign workers affairs and liaise with KDN, JTK, Immigration, Embassy, SPKA, FWCMS, My EG, FOMEMA and etc for new recruitment and replacement
- Fully responsibility all FW/ESD application issue
- Strengthen the relationship between employer with Government Body
- Be the eye, ear and voice of both employees and employers
- In Charge of employee welfare
- Gather information, feedback, input and suggestion from workers. Find out their thought/needs and convert it to action plans practically
- Execute disciplinary policy and ensure it is practiced within legislation
- To assist in monthly payroll preparation and Budget
- Assist Manager and HR Team’s to manage all the preparation and ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or related, preferably with 2-5 years’ experience in Government Liaison & FW recruitment process
- Must have good communication and PR skills and able to socialize well at all level of people
- Good command of both spoken and written business English
- Excellent interpersonal, communication & organization skills and ability to work independently under tight deadlines
- Knowledge in Employment Act 1955 and others related Act
- Team player who is dynamic, self-motivated and result oriented
