Job Description
- Monitor HR daily operation
- Monthly Payroll
- Recruitment for Supervisor level & above
- Confirmation, Promotion, Transfer & Termination
- Training Proposal & Budgeting
- Dealing with Employee’s Discipline Issue
- Memo & Correspondence
- Employee’s Compensation and welfare
- Drafting and compile HR policy
- Drafting and compile Employee Handbook
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin will be added advantage.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
