• To define, develop, and implement recruiting strategies and provide a qualified candidate pool that supports our engagement.
• Perform phone screening and interview arrangement.
• Strong in interview skill.
• Involve in compensation proposal and negotiation with candidate.
• Organize career fairs, career talks, campus hiring and other university hiring activities.
• Assists in coordinate training (internal and external) and compilation training reports.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as required by the manager.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
• Required skill(s): Recruitment and Selection Process, Head hunting, Sourcing, Social networking.
• At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the recruitment/ staffing field is required for this position.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
