Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Handle full spectrum of Human Resource functions including talent requisition, employee relation, performance management, Policies & Practices etc.

Lead HR Team in daily operational matters including: Training & development, welfare, MYE etc.

To participate in workforce planning, initiatives and strategies to achieve business goals and objective 

Provide support to the HR Department in employee engagement programs 

Preparation of weekly/monthly report

Job Requirements:

At least 5 years of HR experience in the construction industry

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
