- Perfom general HR & Administrative duties
- Attending to employee needs in HR related matters include issuing lorms, processing stationary request, uniforms and PPE.
- Checking and update employees daily attendance and overtime through Attendance System.
- Filling and record keeping
- Handling incoming phone calls and reception of guests/visitors
- Preparing HR related reports
- Ensure factory overall cleanliness is maintained
- Other tasks as assigend
- Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Entry Level with experience in Human Resources/Administraive field.
