Job Requirement:
- Formulate and administer learning & development procedures & policies
- Assist in conducting TNA among the managers and developing of Yearly Training Plan
- Administer Human Resource Development Fund (grant application/ claims approval)
- Coordinating training event (in-house/ forum/ corporate training/ public training), creation of Vendor Code, Raise ePR for PO for training provider/ payment, off-site training registration, Liaise with training provider, venue set-up, follow up attendance / evaluation / post training evaluation and others.
- Conduct on boarding orientation for new hires for Band 1(operator) to band 8(Senior Executive) employees.
- Assist in coordination of Corporate leadership training at site level
- Coordinate and administer healthcare courses for healthcare team
- Administer training bond for product transfer training and education sponsorship training
- Coordinate education visits from university/ college
- Coordinate ETQ Training Module relates for certain requirements
Job Requirement:
- Candidate with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Computer skills especially knowledge in advanced Excel, Word & Power Point are important.
- Able to work in demanding working environment.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Senai, Johor
- Have own transport & willing to travel.
