Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Administration Task:
1) Renewal of business license, tenancy agreement and service agreement.
2) Keeping track of uniforms and re-ordering
3) Application of petrol card (Shell Card)
4) Keeping track and renewal of company car's road tax and insurance
5) Key-in employees attendance record during payroll process
6) Sourcing general worker candidates
7) Maintain employees’ leaves, medical and attendance record.
8) Keeping track of employee attendance/absenteeism and report to related Head of Department.
9) Maintain proper filing such as employees’ medical insurance policies
10) Responsible for company's administration.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
1) Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
2) Required language(s): English & Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
3) At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
4) Required Skill(s): communication skills, multi-tasking, good paperwork
5) Preferably Entry Level specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
6) Fresh Graduates without working experience welcome to apply.
7)Candidate must be willing to work in NON HALAL INDUSTRY
