Job Description
- Full Spectrum of Recruitment duties;
- Involved in pre-screening, shortlisting, interviewing and selection processes;
- Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements;
- Manage onboarding and new hire process;
- Conduct new hire orientation program;
- Handling of HR administrative such us able to manage Transportations arrangement;
- Assist in ad-hoc activities related to HR functions.
Job Requirement:-
- Candidate must posses a Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent;
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience in related field;
- Fresh graduates are welcome;
- Able to work independently, highly committed and responsible;
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to adapt to the face pace work environment;
- Computer skills especially knowledge in advanced Excel, Word & Power Point;
- Applicants must be willing to work in Seelong, Johor;
- Have own transport and willing to travel.
