Responsible for the full spectrum of the HR and Admin functions.
- To handle full HR spectrum such as payroll, recruitment, training, compensation & benefits, and Employee Relation.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly payroll and all statutory compliance submissions.
- Liaise with respective government statutory bodies for related matter i.e EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, Income Tax and Labour Office.
- Responsible for issuance of employment letters, confirmation letter, Show Cause letters, warning letters, resignation letters etc.
- Undertake disciplinary action (domestic inquiries, handling of staff counselling, grievances, terminations, and other industrials relations concerns are following labour laws).
- Manage full spectrum of general administrative job such as (filing, data entry, retrieving of documents, photocopying documents, and purchase of stationeries).
- In-charge of office maintenance and upkeep of office equipment’s.
- Experience in handle SMETA.
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource any other related education
- Minimum 1 year of related working experience.
- Proficient in Accounting Software will be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skill, systematic and able to work independently.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of people.
