Job Description


·       To lead and manage the overall business performance, ROI, budget, sales & recruitment activities of the region to meet company objectives.

·       To maximize the Distributors potential, implementing sales plans as directed by the Management.

·       To make planning, executing and monitoring the smooth business activities at branch level.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:  

·       Accomplish Company's upscale target by recruiting new Country Distributor, Regional Distributor and VIP Distributor.

·       Direct & support Country Distributor, Regional Distributor and VIP Distributor to ensure their goals are achieved.

·       Drive regional agency sales in the respective segments in which you will be supporting.

·       Development & implementation of annual regional sales plan and sales forces

·        Identify new leads, reach, recruit and grow the sales via different platform, such as social media such as FB, IG, Tik Tok, Youtube, web, or consumer workshops

·       Conduct Business Opportunities Preview and Seminar via Zoom meeting and Webinar. 

·       Follow up with potential distributors and customers / new leads after the Business Opportunities Preview

·       Develop and implement business plans, setting and tracking sales and growth objectives.

·       Implement strategic initiatives by working closely with internal and external stakeholders on their product, service, market and sales support offerings to meet the need of company distributors and customers.

·       Develop strong relationship & constant contact with current distributors and customers base to ensure protection of current business and aim for organic growth.

·       Ensure compliance with all processes, regulations and controls as set by the company.

·       Responsible for new hires and on-going training.

·       Perform all other duties as needed or required to maintain and grow profitable business within the assigned region.

·       Other ad hoc duties as assigned.


·       Preferably with network marketing /MLM, or agency sales, candidate with experiences in the food supplement nutritional or wellness industry an advantage

·       Able to work independently, strong strategic and Entrepreneur Mindset, discipline of sales implementation and reputable customer networking. 

·       Good interpersonal and people collaboration skills, able to build strong relationships and relates well with others to drive results. 

·       Good in Microsoft office skills and able to host zoom meetings/ live social media setting.

·       Mobile to travel independently across the assigned territory.
