Accounting and Business process reporting
▪ Bookkeeping on company cash book, Invoices, payment voucher to ensure proper record/offset of Creditors and Debtors record from retail cash and online sales.
▪ Liaise with external accountant and auditor to implement bookkeeping system to ensure the timeliness of financial reporting and auditing.
▪ Record, calculate and submit monthly salary, incentive, SOCSO, EPF on the government website.
▪ Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecast and procurement for saleable stocks.
▪ Set up weekly meeting to report and improve store operations, budgeting, and cost saving.
Marketing and Ecommerce
▪ Liaise with Marketing Director to Plan and maintain in-store and online promotional events, store display, Facebook posting, membership program and new product launching.
▪ Implement ordering system in the digital space, work on/ with website/ graphic designer to implement and maintain Inventory, Google form, auto reply chatbot on WhatsApp, Facebook, and Ecommerce website/platform.

▪ Deal with orders and complaints from customers to maintain the store reputation.
Retail Order Management and Fulfillment
▪ Daily routine includes maintain the correct stock in/out, quantity, price, costing on the label and Pos system.

▪ Arrange for daily inventory, procurement, packaging, storage, delivery for the retail, ecommerce, and self-collection order.
▪ Maintain proper inventory control and stock management to maintain low stock variance. Conduct monthly stock count to report inventory value.
▪ Liaise with Bank, Government Officer, IT team etc. to solve various technical and administrative issue.
Job Requirement 职责要求：
▪ At least 4 years of working experience in managing retail store or chain of retail shops.
至少拥有 4 年管理零售店或连锁店的工作经验
▪ Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree
▪ Possess good planning, organizational, leadership and communication skills, able to work independently with minimum supervision.
▪ Meticulous with good computer skills and proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Ecommerce platform. Experience with Dynamod or other POS system will be a plus.

▪ Good customer service and communication skills.
▪ Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English (Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidates to deal with mandarin speaking clients.)

▪ Regular working hour will be 8pm-4pm, Monday (remotely), Tuesday to Friday (in the office). However, due to the nature of the business (Retail store only closed on Monday), the candidate needs to have to flexibility to work remotely, including weekends and public holidays, to complete the daily task beyond regular working hour (e.g. Procurement, report daily sales).
