Job Description

Job Description:

  • Clear LOG mailbox and request documents from member/clinic/hospital, if necessary 
  • Liaise with clinic/hospital/medical consultant
  • Assess LOG request and issue LOG to member/hospital within service level agreement
  • Prepare reports
  • Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:

  • Good communication, interpersonal and customer engagement skills
  • Good command of English (written and spoken) is a must
  • Excellent service mindset
  • Team player who can work together with a big team
  • Versatile and adaptive
  • Medical and/or health insurance knowledge is an advantage
  • Must be able to work in shifts, weekends and public holidays
  • Must be able to work rostered day and night shifts
